A $2000 Non-refundable deposit is required. $150 per additional person, payment and confirmation of the number of guests is due 10 days before cruising unless discussed/organised by email and confirmation.

Enjoy 3 hours on our luxury yacht on Auckland's beautiful Viaduct. Plan a wedding, a party with friends, or just relax onboard. The perfect venue for a New Year's Eve party. Want to upgrade your networking influencer status? Nirvana Charters is perfect for you. Minimum 3 hours required.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your booking 14 days or under before the event, you will be charged 100% of the total booking cost. Additionally, if the cancellation occurs after catering supplies have been purchased (usually 48-60 hours before the event), the catering deposit will also be charged. For cancellations made 15+ days before the event, 50% of the total booking cost (deposit only) will be retained. Nirvana Charters allows you to book boat charters, tours, events, and related services, but cancellations and rescheduling are subject to fees. If you cancel your booking more than 15 days before the event, a 50% fee of the total booking cost applies. For cancellations made 14 days or fewer before the event, a 100% fee applies. Special events may have different terms and are non-refundable once confirmed.
